Ludigen provides an AI-powered platform that generates educational activities from user-uploaded content (such as PDFs and images) using Google Gemini AI technology.

No Warranty for AI Accuracy: Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate content. AI models can occasionally produce incorrect, misleading, or "hallucinated" information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated educational activities.

You acknowledge that you should review all generated content for accuracy and appropriateness before using it in an educational setting.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Content Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and upload any content (PDFs, images, text) to our Service.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringing on intellectual property rights, or contains personal data of third parties without consent.
